We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression. This role involves managing the front desk operations efficiently, greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.

Greet and Welcome Visitors: Warmly greet visitors upon arrival, ensure they are comfortable, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Answer and Direct Phone Calls: Manage the phone system by answering incoming calls, providing information, transferring calls, and taking messages accurately.

Manage Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked.

Handle Inquiries: Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about the company and its services.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

Security and Access Control: Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness by following company protocols.

Assist with Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documents and coordinating with HR.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
