Maintenance Technician
Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance tasks to upkeep the facility and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Utilize logic controllers and schematics to diagnose and resolve issues
- Weld, fabricate, and maintain structures as needed
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents or staff
- Perform residential painting tasks when required
- Use ohmmeter to test electrical circuits
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance operations
- Proficiency in logic controllers, welding, and customer service
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Strong leadership skills for supervising maintenance tasks
- Experience in residential painting is a plus
- Competency with an ohmmeter for electrical testing
- Capability to maintain and fabricate structures effectively
