- Operate a tow truck, including flatbed, to safely transport vehicles to designated locations

- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with vehicles when necessary
- Handle conflict management situations professionally and with empathy
- Maintain the tow truck in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance
- Possess the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles effectively
- Familiarity with forklift operation for loading and unloading heavier vehicles
**Experience:**
- Previous experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Knowledge of basic mechanic skills is advantageous
- Ability to work well under pressure and in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
