GLOBAL FPO is currently seeking a Mailroom Clerk/Receptionist to join our team. This dual role involves managing both mailroom operations and front desk reception duties. We are looking for a proactive individual who can multitask effectively and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages promptly and accurately.
- Prepare outgoing mail for pickup or courier delivery, ensuring proper labeling and postage.
- Maintain organized records of incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a mailroom or receptionist role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office equipment including copiers, scanners, and postage meters.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.92 - $28.34 per hour
