Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring seamless operations within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist walk-in customers
- Assist customers with warranty claims
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience in calendar management and clerical tasks preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Neat and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Quick decision-making skills
- Customer experience focused
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office for administrative tasks
