We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned geographical area. This role involves developing strong relationships with clients, expanding market share, and achieving sales targets.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and update customer information
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals
- Knowledge of technology sales or related industry preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
