We currently have an opening for a Customer Service Representative with excellent people skills, strong computer skills, and who can work in a fast paced, demanding work environment while maintaining a happy and “can do” attitude. This is a position which will lead to a career.
This position is the initial contact many callers have with our company. This requires a pleasant and friendly phone etiquette and a customer centric personality. This position requires proficient computer skills, the ability to work quickly and proficiently with administrative support tasks, and the ability to prioritize workload is required.
Successful performance in this position will prepare you for advancement within the company.
Work Hours Monday Friday 7:30a – 4:30p, some overtime required

Qualifications:
- two or more years of customer service experience - service industry is a plus.
- Must be able to pass drug and background screens
- Ability to type minimum of 30 wpm
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Prior experience managing a multi-line phone system
- Basic bookkeeping skills preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
