Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Use various digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
- SEO and SEM Management:
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords to drive targeted traffic.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better open and click-through rates.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to deliver successful marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
- Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
