Job Summary:
As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for the couple and their guests.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their wedding vision and preferences
- Coordinate with vendors, such as florists, caterers, photographers, and musicians
- Provide on-site coordination during the wedding day to handle any issues that may arise
- Make sure that the wedding day runs smoothly
- Attend meetings, clients, and owner
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service within the hospitality industry a plus but not necessary
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience in events management or hospitality is a plus but not necessary
- Must be at least 21
- Must have Reliable Transportation
-Must be willing to travel within Colorado
-Must be reliable and responsible
- Must work in a professional manner
- Must be available when needed for a wedding
- Must be outgoing
This position is occasional/seasonal and will not be Full-Time. If you are a lead assistant they pay will be $250 per wedding. If you are an assistant coordinator, the pay will be $150 per wedding.
