Job Description:
As the Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, supervising the sales team, and ensuring that sales targets are met. You will play a key role in driving our business's success by enhancing the sales process and fostering a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
Manage and track sales team performance and report results as necessary.
Mentor and develop sales team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales with a proven track record.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the real estate market and best practices.
License as a real estate agent/broker is preferred.
