Job Overview:
Leading multi-family renovation construction company seeking an administrator in Marina Del Rey.
This position will serve administrative support to management on the jobsite.

Duties:
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain Sign In and Sign Out Sheets
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Provide general support to visitors
- Prepare and monitor invoices and receipts
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Reply to email, telephone, or face-to-face inquiries
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of general/office administrative experience
- Construction knowledge would be ideal
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
