Estelle Bakery & Patisserie is looking for a Chef de Partie to lead our busy kitchen. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, leadership and organizational skills, and a minimum of 5 years experience working in professional kitchens. Our ideal candidate will have a degree or certificate specializing in Culinary Arts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing a staff of 5+ line cooks
- Staff training
- Inventory management
- Upholding sanitation & cleanliness of facilities
- Organizing & Improving kitchen efficiency
- Quality control
- Recipe execution & development
- Schedule writing
- Executing & organizing wholesale/catering orders
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
