Gustave A. Larson is a leading wholesale distributor of HVAC, and Refrigeration (HVACR) equipment, parts, and supplies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support sales organization with special pricing requests including but not limited to creating contracts, renewing and expiring contracts, analyzing contract usage, and changing contracts as needed.
- Enter and ensure accuracy related to the Claim back contracts and vendor quote worksheets in the ERP system.
- Enter and ensure accuracy related to the Claim back contracts and vendor quote worksheets in the ERP system.
- Perform all vendor contract activity reporting needed to provide claim back requests to vendors for rebate payment.
- Prepare supplemental reports and complete ad hoc requests related to contract management.
- Assist sales organization as subject matter expert on Seibel contract process
- Support Company in achieving profitability and sales growth targets by using judgment in contract activity and requested price deviations.
- Independently develop new Excel models, charts and graphs, and procedures as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including ad-hoc analysis on methods to optimize price through market and pricing strategies.

Education/Experience
- B.S. in Business with emphasis or in Accounting/Finance preferred.
- 2 years relevant work experience in financial analysis or pricing desirable.
- Proficient skills in MS Office Suite.
