We need an Account Representative with the vision and drive to deliver the best in class customer support for new or existing accounts. Our Account Representatives are responsible for all functions related to customer service, sales support, and maintaining compliance standards. As our Account Representative, you will be the heart and soul of the customer experience and join a team that continues to be one of the best solutions for a brand looking to increase its market share.
Essential Functions As An Account Representative:
- In coordination with the Account Representative and Sales Managers, you must ensure that all customer experience standards are being met with the utmost integrity and professionalism to drive sales
- Respond to customer requests looking for more information regarding specific products or services and make recommendations based on their wants and needs with the goal of increasing revenue
- Maintain strong knowledge of all products, sales promotions, and services, including staying ahead of any changes in compliance standards and regulations
- Demonstrate aptitude and openness in adapting to the individual needs of each consumer, which includes de-escalating situations, providing solutions, and delivering targeted sales recommendations
- Provide consumers with timely and accurate information
- Understand, practice, and exemplify the values within our organization and the brand that you are working with
Essential Account Representative Requirements:
- Have a firm grasp of training policies and procedures to streamline employee objectives
- Have a high degree of self-motivation and independence, but also can work and excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Ability to communicate ideas and thoughts effectively to any level in the organization, including the clients directly
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, account management, or sales associate background
- Must be able to critically and strategically think to effectively handle customer complaints and issues and work in a fast-paced team setting
- Punctuality and preparedness are an absolute must

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
