Durable Medical Equipment company looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Seeking a team player who is a dedicated person w/strong communication, organization, and computer skills. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a FAST paced environment is a MUST.
As a durable medical equipment (DME) customer service representative, you will manage inbound calls in a timely manner. Identify the customer needs, provide product/services information, enter new referrals, update existing patient information and insurance.
Job Requirements:
Clear in person and phone communication skills (verbal & written)
Computer and word processing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
Ability to memorize protocol and guidelines
Time Management and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Punctual and dependable
You will be contacting doctor's offices and patients regularly, so must be great on the phone.
Previous DME experience preferred.
Bilingual a plus.
Position is Full Time: M-F 8:30-5:00
