This position will deliver outstanding sales and service training on a consistent basis by delivering engaging virtual, live, and on-the-job training content. This position will inspire the sales and service team through real-time coaching.
Presentation of Sales training classes and seminars.
Maintain training curriculum to ensure sustained organizational impact.
Design, develop, and facilitate ongoing sales training to continually improve sales skills (e.g., relationship selling, decision-making styles, customer-centric language, etc.).
Define, create, and deliver sales training programs to meet the learning and development needs of the department.
Develop materials and assessments specific to training requirement needs.
Facilitate web-based learning sales courses.
Coordinate with the Sales Director and VP of Operations to address areas of opportunity.
Provide supplementary and review training as needed.
Conduct ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of training efforts based on levels of participant reaction, knowledge acquired, behavioral change, and business impact.
Maintains records of training activities and employee progress.
Maintain the calendar of upcoming sales training.
Identify appropriate content to implement using learning management systems (LMS) and evaluate existing content to develop learning modules and programs.
Property and Casualty Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Confident public speaker, able to think on their feet, detailed and tech-savvy.
Knowledge of instructional design tools for class engagement.
Hands-on experience with in-person and e-learning platforms.
Ability to manage the full training cycle (in-person and web-based).
Knowledge of adult learning principles.
Advanced documentation and technical writing skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to incorporate creative and innovative solutions in a learning environment.
