Job Title: Lead Front Desk Receptionist
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist in a dynamic Dental office setting. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure efficient front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a welcoming environment for patients. Computer literacy, organizational skills, and prior experience in a dental office setting are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer and manage multiple incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Schedule patient appointments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain the front desk area's cleanliness and organization.
- Perform check-in procedures and collect payments from patients.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is up to date and accurate.
- Notify staff of any schedule changes promptly.
- Adhere to confidentiality, HIPAA laws, and company policies.
- Provide information on services offered by the company.
- Independently manage the front desk if need it.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a dental front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with computerized systems for scheduling and record keeping is a plus.

This full-time position offers an hourly rate depending on experience. The expected work hours are:
Monday 8:40 to 6 Tuesday 9 to 8 Wednesday 8:40 to 6 Thursday 8:40 to NO FRIDAYS
Saturdays 8:30 to 12..... No SATURDAYS DURING SUMMER !!
