Location: Natural Resources Building- Olympia, WAWork Hours and Partial Telework flexibility may be available and considered
Salary: $5,891.00 - $7,926.00 Monthly
Responsibilities:
- Primary technical support of desktop and laptop computers
- Zendesk administration and support
- Rotating duty as Point of Contact (POC) for Service Desk team
- Rotating on-call duty as Wildfire Point of Contact for the Service Desk team during wildfire season (May-Nov)
- Lifecycle management of agency inventory of desktop and laptop computers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a closely related field and:
- 4 years experience in desktop engineering and desktop support in an enterprise environment of 1000+ devices
- 4 years experience maintaining and troubleshooting Office 365 or newer and Windows 10 or newer.
- The above experience can be gained concurrently for 4 years OR a combination of education and/or equivalent experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,692.00 - $95,112.00 per year
