We are looking for a jack-of-all trades with in-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, basic tools and appliances. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities are as follows:
- Daily repair and upkeep of the properties which can include basic electrical, plumbing, and painting skills.
- Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
- Complete grounds work such as grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping as needed.
- Preparation of vacant units for occupancy when necessary.
- Responsible for courteous, efficient response.
- Responsible for all other duties assigned.
- Perform fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, etc.
- Maintaining professional appearance and attitude at all times
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience
- Dependable
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift and or move up to 50lbs.
- HVAC certification is helpful, but not required.'
