Who we Are
dineoutwith.us is on a mission to re-create the dying art of the dinner party by translating it into New York’s best restaurants. Our platform makes gathering with a small group of friends for an evening of great food, laughter, and the social connectedness it creates easy and hassle-free.
Moving dinner parties into restaurants removes the friction of throwing them at home and opens the experience of hosting to anybody, regardless of skills, space, confidence, etc. We believe that by creating this entirely new kind of dining experience we’ll simultaneously open up a new and substantial revenue stream for our partner restaurants.

Location & Compensation – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
The position is located in Silicon Alley (Chelsea / Flatiron). While we are primarily virtual, we may choose to transition to a more traditional start-up model in the future.
The company is currently self-funded; short-term compensation will be heavily weighted towards equity. Post-funding salary will be trued-up, commensurate with experience. Director of Digital Marketing
We are looking for a personable, dependable, organized, and exceptionally detail-oriented individual who can excel in a self-starter environment. The best candidates for this role will have experience driving successful organic and paid social campaigns, direct mail, SEM, SEO, and PR. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building B2C and B2B2C businesses, from start-up to scale-out.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and scale organic social campaigns, including working with influencers
- Actively manage ad budgets for digital customer acquisition channels, including digital and social. while testing new acquisition channels and approaches
- Develop and scale direct mail campaigns
- Manage email drip campaigns, as well as regular email blasts to database, with a focus on A/B testing and rapid iteration
- Strategies to grow our database of members
- Develop and structure optimized on-page content
- Develop and execute link building SEO campaigns to drive site traffic
- Monitor and interpret marketing analytics to drive new marketing initiatives
- Develop and test new creative strategies and tools to drive operational efficiency and company growth
- Experience leading and managing a small team as well as agencies
- Expert experience digital marketing and analytics platforms including WHATEVER YOU USE
- Experience developing, implementing, monitoring, and interpreting A/B tests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and exceptionally detail-oriented
