Role and Responsibilities

Working with the Warehouse Manager responsible for the overall supervision of the Warehouse Department: Ecommerce pick/pack, wholesale order processing, shipping, receiving, inventory, and QC.

Direct warehouse personnel, assigning them to meet production goals and targets
-
Plan labor and resource requirements to meet production & warehouse schedule and goals
-
Provide strong, hands-on leadership within the Department by regularly inspecting all the activities in the Department promoting a safety culture.

Manages Physical Inventory with Warehouse Lead.

Monitors Receiving and Quality procedures with Warehouse Associates.
-
Prints Wholesale Order Carton & Pallet Labels.
-
Prepares Packing Slips (Internal and Customer requirements).
-
Prepares Bill of Lading.
-
Contacts Customer with details to schedule Pick-ups or provide tracking.
-
Create ASN and Book Shipments in Customer Portals as required.
-
Keeps electronic files for all paperwork associated to all outgoing shipments.

Create or update S.O.P.s and written procedures required to assure efficient production.
-
Monitor area for improvements.

Assure proper training is executed and documented.

Interact with Sales, CS, PR amongst other departments daily.

Professionally manage personnel issues including intrapersonal conflicts, time record issues, disciplinary actions, violation of BBB policies, etc. Coordinate actions with Human Resources.

Meet with direct reports to provide positive feedback as well as to convey their status to achieve output or efficiency goals, as well as with a corrective action plan for any deficiencies.

Investigate, report, recommend and implement corrective actions for any incident which deviates from or does not comply to BBB policies and standards

Maintain adherence and compliance to all Company policies, department rules, labor laws, GMP requirements, OSHA, and quality regulations

Report and investigate accidents

Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time to meet company goals including processing orders.

Be able to voice any concerns that could result in improvement of the area as a whole to manager.

BS in Business/Operations or equivalent work experience
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
