Job Description: Machine Tool Sales Engineer
Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Summary
Arizona CNC Equipment is a leading supplier of industrial equipment in Arizona and Southern Nevada. We provide high-quality metalworking machine tools, including CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers, Lathes, Grinders, and Swiss Type Lathes, for turning, grinding, boring, milling, drilling, and tapping functions.
We are currently looking for a Machine Tool Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and a self-starter. The responsibilities include promoting and selling our machine tools to new and existing customers to maximize our market presence and market share.
We are looking for an individual who is willing to learn and can adapt to a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be able to build and strengthen customer relationships in their territory, work well in a team, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience. While experience in the manufacturing industry and machine tool sales is beneficial, we are committed to the right candidate providing comprehensive training to ensure our sales staff is well-informed about our products and equipped with the necessary tools for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Arizona CNC Equipment as the central point of contact and interface
- Manage their territory and performance
- Report, log, and manage CRM data related to the owned market area
- Expand Arizona CNC Equipment market via new account relationships and business development efforts
Qualifications and Skills
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of conducting email and phone conversations
- Understanding of the sales process in a technical and capital equipment market
- Exposure and knowledge of CNC machine tools and related equipment
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Detail Orientated
- Self-motivated and independently driven
- Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Expected routine travel to customers within the territory
- Machinists are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
