ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR
The qualified individual assists the Activity Director to provide group and individual activities for the residents. Duties will involve personal contact with a varying resident population and a varied work schedule that may include some weekends, evenings, and holidays. Tasks also will involve record-keeping, attention to the environment, use of supplies and equipment, and maintenance of storage areas. Help with putting up, taking down, and storing seasonal and/or event decorations.
Compensation: $18.00-$19.00 Hourly

Responsibilities
Assisting the Activity Director in creating, planning, and implementing activities and events
Reordering equipment or supplies used for activities and plans
Ensuring that equipment is functional and other related activities
Facilitate and set up the food and events
Encourage social exchange between residents
Provide information regarding activities and sign up procedures
May assist in implementing activities at the sports complex, softball field, and golf course
Ensure that any clerical or administrative work such as copying, filing, and record-keeping is handled properly
Respond to questions put forth by residents and guests
Preparing deposits of monies that come into the office from various events
Qualifications:
- Food service and event plaining experience
- Preferred food handlers certification
- Organized and detailed orniented
