I think we all remember the excitement (and maybe some of the nerves) that we had when we first got into real estate. Unfortunately most of us were not prepared for how to be successful while also maintaining a quality of life. If you’re still reading, I imagine you are several, broken promises into your career from brokers, teams, vendors, etc. and may be asking yourself if you even want to continue in this business…
What I can tell you is, if you are ready to scale up your business and fill in some of the components you may be missing in your strategy, we may be a great fit.
I could spend time telling you how great we are (which I know is true) but you can do a quick google search to see that. Instead, I want to tell you the things you can’t google and what makes VPP unique.
Our team is designed to allow our agents to hit high production volume, while still allowing a life outside of real estate. (For the workaholics like me, there really is such a thing!). We are a hybrid team which means most of our meetings are virtual through ZOOM with intentional team bonding time strategically built-in. There are too many perks to name here but here are some of my favorites:
- Buyer and Seller Team Leads and Pre-set Appointments
- In-House Showing Agent, Transaction Coordinator, Listing Manager, Stager (paid by the team)
- Team Sponsored Client Events
- Bi-weekly 1-1 Coaching
- Weekly team meetings with in depth training
- Done-for-you marketing, drip campaigns etc.
- Paid for systems such as Google Suite, CRM, neighborhood call lists etc.
- Paid for materials such as signs, lockboxes, photography, seller and buyer guides etc.
So what are we looking for when we hire?
Above all else, we are looking for a cultural fit that shares in our team values and has a servant heart. Beyond that here are a few of the things we are looking for:
- Experience with real estate transactions
- Self starter with the ability to work remotely
- Knowledge of TREC & TAR contracts and negotiations
- Experience using CRM and other real estate transaction systems
- Someone driven and growth oriented
- Coachable and ready to be part of a team environment
- Desire to contribute to a team environment and collaborate with others
