Must have at least 1 year experience of working front office at a medical office/facility or call center environment. Bilingual in Spanish, willing to cover other locations if needed, and open to some Saturday or Sunday is a plus. Position is for the Atlanta or Marietta location.
Duties include inbound/outbound calls and scheduling of appointments, checking in patients, collecting payments, processing faxes and mail, and other duties as assigned.
