Summary: Reporting to the Sales Manager the Customer Service Representative will support sales and production in satisfying the customer’s request by following the customer service process. They will receive customer calls for order placement and/or order replacement questions, resolving issues as they arise. The Customer Service Rep. will follow up with customers on orders, quotes, and shipment tracking, working closely with production, sales reps, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction. They will have a continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and resolve problems.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.
- Promptly responds to customer needs.
- Proactively manage customer accounts
- Notifying customers of any variance to expectations
- Handles administrative tasks as follows: customer setup, enter sales orders into system and invoicing.
