Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

What youll be doing:
- Generate new business in an assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling and territory visits, networking and referrals
- Conduct phone calls, in-person meetings and presentations with executives/owners of businesses
- Partner with multiple levels within each to ensure elevated client satisfaction
- Consultative selling offering multifaceted enhancements for clients in addition to simple price advantages

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and grow independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Valid California Driver's License and Insurance
