Job Description
The Senior Logistics Analyst (Logistics Operations) is responsible for multiple logistical tasks: The SLA will be responsible for performing audit readiness compliance reporting for General Equipment (GE) and Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) audits assigned from the Army Audit Agency (AAA), KPMG or FORSCOM.
Requirements
Must Have:
Ability to analyze audit requirements, cross reference multiple source documents, coordinate with owning units, provide guidance and timelines for data submission and then validate data before submission to higher headquarters.
Comprehensive knowledge of Lead Materiel Integrator (LMI) Decision Support Tool (DST), Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), Supply Policy Below the National Level, Asset Visibility, Decision Support Tool (DST), Vantage, Advana, governing regulations, policies and procedures.
Ability to pull GCSS-Army logistics reports and be able to present the data in a format consistent with senior level G-Staff formats. Must be able to gain access to Army Logistics Information Systems not previously mentioned in order to provide logistics data, information papers and logistics operation orders to the Corps G4.
Thorough proficiency in Microsoft Suite products with extensive knowledge of Excel in order to analyze and manipulate data in multiple formats and outputs.
Possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports/operation orders and working instructions. The Logistics Operations SLA will have access to deployment information such as dates, units, equipment and locations.
Secret Security Clearance.
