1. Job Requirements
- Must hold a valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Must have the ability to travel within the Orange County area (Regional)
- Must undergo and pass a background check
- Must hold a valid drivers license and car insurance
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
2. Job Duties
- Conducting behavioral analytic assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention
- Establish and maintain data measurement, collection, and analysis systems for clients
- Writing and revising analytic behavior programs
- Training staff and caregivers on behavior analytic programs
- Keep current with the literature, new research findings and resources. In addition, continuing education courses to maintain BCBA certification are necessary (32 credits every 2 years)
- Coordination of care with other service providers (e.g., speech, OT).
- Attend weekly supervisor meetings
- Accept all other job responsibilities as assigned
