Video Producer/Content Creator (Hybrid)
FOODBEAST is an industry leader in digital food content with over 10 million followers who aims to make food fun for as many people as possible! We're expanding our team and searching for a talented Producer/Content Creator to join our vibrant hybrid crew and help us tell more food stories.
As a Video Producer/Content Creator, you will have the opportunity to dream up, shoot, and edit dynamic video content that’s on-trend, fun, and that gets people sharing. Collaborate with the team to develop engaging concepts that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand partners' stories.

REQUIRED: Actively creating content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Please send links to your portfolio, social pages and/or reels. We are looking for people with a strong and unique creative voice who can pivot with social trends and experiment with new concepts. We look forward to seeing your work!
CONTENT CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES + DUTIES
- This role is 50/50 conceptualizing and executing.

Ideate and pitch your creative concepts and work within a team to execute others’ ideas.

Become part of our agile video team to collaborate and produce original video content from developing, scriptwriting, shooting, editing, and distribution.

Immerse into the brands we’re creating content for, push good strategies forward and have fun!

Maintain a clear understanding of how users engage on social media with the ability to adapt to trends and the evolving digital media space.

Partner closely with the founders to maintain a cohesive, authentic voice across Foodbeast and our client’s brand + social channels.

Create and manage production schedules and execute timely delivery of content.

Use best practices and expertise around creating, filming, and editing videos specific to various digital platforms.

Stay on top of trends in a variety of social and digital channels

Optimize content for various platforms including the website, YouTube, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, among others.

Work with the social media team to develop and experiment with strategies for content promotion and audience engagement. Keep things fresh!

Monitor channels for performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A CONTENT CREATOR
- Minimum 2 years of experience with content creation and editing for social and digital channels.

Endless excitement about social media and creating content and pushing into new technology and techniques.

You have a strong TikTok/IG/YouTube presence with a proven track record of creating content, professional or otherwise.

Energized and comfortable getting in front of the camera and providing voice-overs for several social channels.

You have food, digital media, and/or publishing industry experience, and are inspired by pop culture and entertainment.

Detail-oriented, self-starting fast learner, and able to manage your own time.

Can effectively adapt and shift gears comfortably, while taking initiative on projects and trends.

Must have experience in editing applications, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.

Proficient in video editing: social media formatting, sound mixing, color correction, and simple onscreen graphics and text.

You love using your phone to film content on the go, yet are not limited to using more professional cameras.

You’re not afraid to share ideas and generate unique, fun, quirky video content to elevate the brand's social media presence and drive organic engagement.

You’re thoughtful and professional on set and with clients while representing Foodbeast.

You have excellent communication skills and are always curious about food culture and content creation.

You are excited to work onsite at least 2+ days a week in our Anaheim office.
Compensation + Perks
Salary range is around $60,000 and is based on experience and drive. In addition, we offer a scalable commission structure for all inbound sales where leads come from employees.

Location
We are a hybrid company located in Santa Ana, CA. We expect our team to come into the office 2-3 times a week and we love connecting in person and sharing drinks and food with our clients and colleagues. Team is absolutely welcome to work in the office anytime they wish, Co-Founders regularly working in the office.
