Collision Repair Center in Milwaukee, WI is currently seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
The CSR is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to customers both in-person and on the phone, gathering prospect information to obtain the sale, and providing general administrative front office support.
The CSR will:
Greet all walk-in customers, answer and direct all phone traffic.Ask for sale and/or attempt to schedule customers for an estimate.Perform follow-up sales calls on estimate quotes (unsold). Explain repair process, including insurance claims processing and payment procedures.Schedule and record appraisal and delivery appointments. Ensure that all appraisal tracking forms are completed.Collect and record payment for completed jobs and perform some accounts receivable functions.File all repair paperwork accurately.Maintain the front office and customer reception areas.Other tasks as assigned (may include event, travel and marketing coordination).
Required hours: First shift, M-F
Required Experience:1+ years of customer service experience required.High school diploma or GED equivalent required.Experience with point-of-sale management systems (bonus item).
Skills & Abilities Requirements:
Reliable work history, attendance and punctuality (we need you here everyday!). Professional appearance and demeanor (no pajama pants permitted). Strong attention to detail (it's important). Ability to receive direction and work well with others.Highly organized, able to handle multiple concurrent assignments (we like to have more than one car in the shop at a time!). Must have valid driver’s license (you know, so you can get here). Must have sense of humor (we're pretty funny here, at least we like to think so).
