Performs varied advanced secretarial and administrative work for the Pharmacy Department requiring initiative and independent judgment. Incumbent works independently under general direction. Duties include but are not limited to answering phones and directing calls, opening and distributing mail, gathering information and preparing reports, and word processing work as assigned. Incumbent may have contact with high-level administrative personnel requiring the use of business vocabulary, tact, discretion, and judgment.
Hourly Pay Rate: $16.87 - $24.88

Must have a minimum of one (1) year of Administrative Assistant related that demonstrates an understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Prefer experience in a health care setting.

Must possess extensive computer skills with Microsoft Office and possess superior interpersonal and communication skills.

Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
