Job Summary:
We're hiring for a part-time position, pay is $11/hr plus tips, after a 90-day probationary period employees may be eligible for a performance based pay increase. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and can follow store procedures. Customer service respresentatives must be 21+!
Duties:
- Follow opening/closing procedures
- Show up to shifts ON TIME and with a POSITIVE ATTTITUDE
- Operate POS register properly
- Serve customers in a prompt & courteous manner
- Help customers with product recommendations, including upselling
- ID customers under 40
- Encourage google/yelp reviews
- Sign up new customers for rewards program
- Lift up to 25lbs and put out merchandise accordingly
- Complete tasks given to you by upper management
- Respect customers, management and coworkers
- Never disclose personal information of team members or establishment operations
Skills:
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records
- Basic math skills
- Customer service experience & skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Proven ability to sell products and services effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for customer interactions
