Truecrest is an established importer of tools, safety equipment and general supplies for construction, roadwork, and landscape-related work. Essential Job Duties:
- Understand and analyze an evolving market and demonstrate the ability to adapt accordingly—sourcing new items and vendors as well as new/trending materials and styles
- Demonstrate the ability to negotiate purchase orders reflecting the best prices, packing, shipping, and delivery terms

- Negotiate and settle damage claims, under/over payments, rejections, losses, return of materials, quality/quantity discrepancies, cancellations and engineering changes with suppliers
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (BA) in Business Administration or related study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field.
- 4 years or more in purchasing, procurement field.
- Computer literate, proficiency in Excel and Quickbooks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
