POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This role assists in managing the Bank's electronic loan files and the FIS Document Management System (FCM), specifically concerning loan and credit files. It requires adherence to all procedures, efficient work with high accuracy, and responsibility for the integrity and timeliness of scanning, storing, and organizing the bank's loan and financial files throughout their lifecycle. The position includes assisting with retention, shredding, and other related tasks as needed. Training is provided for this role.
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of six months' experience in banking, particularly in quality documentation or a bank lending environment, ideally in loan documentation or filing. A one-year certificate from a college or technical school, or one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is also necessary. Candidates must have a solid understanding of web-based tools, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
