The Program Aide position provides supportive services to the ADHC participants and perform administrative duties under the direction and supervision of professional staff members as assigned by the Program Director.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
ADHC Daily Operations
- Assist Activity Coordinator with various activity programs.
- Closely monitor and assist with participants’ transfer and ambulation.
- Coordinate transportation services for participants.
- Attends and participates in center in-services training and education programs
- Physically capable both of performing the required duties and of assisting frail elderly and disabled adults, as necessary
- Will be responsible for assisting each of our participants with meals, activities of daily living and hygienic care needs, toileting.
ADHC Team Membership * Participate in bimonthly staff meetings.
- Attend PT/OT maintenance in-service training provided by PT/OT
- Provide individual PT/OT therapy exercises as directed by PT/OT.
- Report any participant-related information acquired from participants themselves or their families while transporting them.
- Maintain cleanliness in program areas.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
