In the role you will be:
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that all residential and commercial painting projects meet profitability goals and meet or exceed client expectations.
- Leading clients through an exceptional experience when working on their project.
- Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet milestones and completion dates.
- Providing clear direction to team members to ensure project targets are achieved.
- Leading project meetings with jobsite crews to set goals and project expectations.
- Leading jobsite crews to identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for project quality, schedule and financial targets.
- Maintaining, tracking, and reporting financial aspects of projects including subcontractors and/or painting crew, materials, coding, forecasts and billings.
- Helping find and Recruiting new Subcontractors when needed
- Supporting staff through coaching, professional development, team meetings and GSRs (Goal Setting and Review Meetings).
- Ensuring all Streamline Painting & More employees and subcontractors are communicating with customers in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Supporting and maintaining healthy, happy work environments and company culture.
- Maintaining clean, organized and professional presentation of jobsites.
Experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years managing projects in the painting industry
- General knowledge and usage of Painting CRM systems.
- Must have Journeyman level (i.e., Level 3) painting skills.
- Must be able to design and implement plans to accomplish jobs in an efficient manner. Organize, direct, correct, motivate and train people.
