This position is responsible for providing full administrative support to executive leadership.
You will...
Performs a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of executive leadership.
Maintains the executive's and/or department calendar: schedules and confirms appointments, arranges for meeting rooms or facilities, makes and confirms travel plans.
Prepares agendas or presentations, may attend meetings with the executive, and takes, transcribes, and distributes notes or minutes.
Broad administrative tasks as well as more complex activities such as data compilation and reporting, administrative project management, etc.
Coordinates key projects across the organization.
Arranges travel, including preparing and submitting expense reports on behalf of the executive.
Screens visitors, phone calls, emails, or physical mail. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.
Makes high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Occasional business travel may be required.

Bachelor's Degree required.
Three (3) plus years of experience.
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Salary: $69,900 - $94,400 Annually
