We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager. This role combines office management, reception duties, and credentialing responsibilities, ideal for a versatile and proactive professional. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors, clients and interview candidates.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of office manager with reception and credentialing experience. This part-time position offers a starting rate of $18 per hour with the potential for growth into a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health care and a strong desire to grow with our practice.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and organize office activities
Oversee daily office operations
Ensure a well organized office environment
Oversee stock of office supplies
Greet visitors and clients at office
Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
Manage phone calls, emails and referrals
Support Owners in scheduling meetings and interviews.
Coordinate and complete Behavioral health credentialing for our staff and contractors, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication skills

Proven experience in office management, reception, or credentialing roles.
