Job Description:
The Ring Boxes is seeking an excited, creative, results-driven Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. As the S.M.C you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, driving engagement, and growing our online community. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms, including Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and social media, as well as a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create and curate compelling and shareable content, including images, videos, graphics, and written content, to maintain an active social media presence.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and style.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns, contests, and promotions including affiliate programs and partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and collaborators for partnerships and sponsored content.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Support our paid ads initiative by collaborating to create content that will help drive conversions.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, having grown/managed an instagram account of at least 5k+ followers. Please submit a handle/link for review.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for DTC brands.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools to measure performance.
- Creative mindset and the ability to produce engaging content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for the wedding and engagement industry is a MUST.
