As a Secretary / Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist customers with booking transportation services, providing information on available options, pricing, and scheduling.
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Office Management:
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for daily operations.
- Assist with the organization of company events, meetings, or employee activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
