We are is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! You'll be the first point of contact for a dedicated group of customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
What you'll do:

Become a product expert: Gain a strong understanding of our innovative technology and applications.

Master the quote game: Develop customer quotes and estimates using our ERP system.

Order whiz: Process all order types seamlessly and ensure accuracy.

Communication is key: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, customer portals, and even in-person visits.

Be a customer champion: Manage customer portals and provide ongoing support, from new customer setup to order changes and cancellations.

Spot potential: Identify opportunities that align with our growth goals.

Team player: Support the Customer Service team during peak times and special projects.
