**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Medical Director to lead our organization to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership, financial acumen, and business development skills to operate and direct a drug and alcohol facility. Will need 13 digit provider number.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan in alignment with the board of directors
- Provide visionary leadership to all departments and set clear goals for performance and growth
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functions. Required to work with Project Director and Facility Director.
- Manage financial resources prudently, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Lead business development efforts to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and investors
**Experience:**
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in supervising teams as a Medical Director and providing senior leadership in a complex organization
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and business development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals
- Solid understanding of business management principles and practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

**Requirements**
Full certification as a Medical Director, PHD and Addictions Counselor by a statewide certification body which is a member of a national certification body or certification by another state government's substance abuse counseling certification board. Two (2) years of medical experience in a health or human service agency which includes 1 year of working directly with the chemically dependent person; or
Full certification as a Medical Director, Master's Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in medicine, chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a specialty in administration, or in the human services), or other related field. Two (2) years of medical experience in a health or human service agency which includes 1 year of working directly with the chemically dependent persons; or
Full certification as a Medical Director, Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in administration or the human services), or other related field. Three 3 years of medical experience in a health or human service agency, which includes 1 year of working with the chemically dependent person; or
The individual shall complete a Department approved core curriculum training which includes a component on clinical supervision skills. Additional training may be required, based on the individual's experience. (28 PA §704.3-6)

Pay: $87,149.00 - $92,768.00 per year
