About the role
The Search Manager On-Site is responsible for executing the full life cycle of search and placement services for the Adecco Portfolio of On-Site relationships. This includes the development and nurturing of internal relationships with On Site Managers as well as the Client. The Search Manager On-Site will educate our customer base on direct market conditions as well as recommend best practices to secure a successful hire. This role will also develop talent pools within specific industry and profession verticals for each on site, as well as expertly managing the placement process to successful conclusions. This entrepreneurial opportunity offers limitless earning potential designed to compensate the manager on his/her own performance.
What you’ll be doing- Develops and expands existing on-site client accounts and generate new business through leads, referrals and various forms of marketing.
- Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
- Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, and creates and deploys client-specific and/or role-specific strategic recruiting strategies and client marketing initiatives.
- Creates a talent network of top professionals, passive and active, within a designated industry and professions
- Conducts behavioral based interviews and competency-based evaluations of talent.
- Assesses talent and client requirements to ensure proper match, cultural fit and overall compatibility.
- Manages and guides clients and talent through the interviewing and hiring process to a successful conclusion.
- Provides guidance and facilitates the negotiation process
- Stays abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices.
- Builds and maintains subject matter expertise.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of recruiting and placement activities in appropriate systems of record.
- Providing ongoing support to On Site Managers for Direct Hire needs
- Generate new business within dedicated on site client base
- Ability to leverage technology for automation
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search logic and sourcing methodologies
- Ability to collaborate, share vision and drive adoption across varying levels of stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Partners with Customer Success, Project Delivery and IT to create scalable, repetitive direct solutions.
- Establishes and maintains a network of industry contacts through participation in professional/trade associations and other professional networking organizations.
- Ensures compliance and safety requirements are met.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
About you
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of five (5) years of staffing industry experience
Proven track record of direct hire recruiting success in the manufacturing, retail or logistics industries. Recruiting top tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Combination of post-high school education and related professional work experience equivalent to seven (7) years may be considered in lieu of a degree.

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $55,000.00 and $73,410.00 . Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs. Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
