A7 is an international Power lifting company that is family owned and operated and is looking to hire an experienced Operations Cordinator. While we operate a small Team out of our Woodstock, Georgia, USA office we serve Customers in all areas of the globe and seek to find the right candidate fit for our growing Team. We specialize in e-commerce sales and manage our global distribution networks. We pride ourselves on the level of care, professionalism and the quality in both our work and products.
This position is open for onsite, hybrid and remote employment. The location we are hiring for is located in Woodstock, Georgia, off Highway 92 near Exit 7 off 575.
Prior experience as an Operations Cordinator or similar high level management in an administrative setting is required, along with quick learning, can-do, energetic, and motivated attitude. The ideal candidate would be involved in strength sports and dedicated to demanding greatness in life with all they do. The candidate must work well with a small close-knit Team and should be open to learning new skills and bettering themselves.

Position Overview:
The Operations Cordinator helps manage the daily operations of a company and performs administrative tasks. Other responsibilities include planning shipping and receiving, tracking and ordering office equipment and supplies, assisting with project management processes and preparing budgets and financial reports for management Teams to review. The Operations Coordinator will oversee all customer relations, manage production schedules, billings, orderings and communicate with distribution partners. This role will work closely with the CEO and will require the coordination of many responsibilities with the Warehouse Team.
The ideal candidate is motivated and excited to learn and grow with a fast-paced company. You will need excellent communication skills and to be highly experienced in Microsoft Excel along with ability to manage multiple spreadsheets and use in-depth formulas. To be successful in this role you would need to be able to easily self-manage, juggle multiple projects and seek ways to constantly improve and overcome.
You will wear many hats in this position. This position is not just spreadsheets and reports, it will require you to get creative and assist the CEO with management and oversee daily operations for the organization. Key Job Responsibilities:

· Place, manage and maintain the entire order process for the business including Distribution orders and orders for the USA warehouse
· Respond to Distributor and customer service inquiries in a prompt, engaging, and professional manner
· Communicate with customers, process information in response to orders, inquiries, concerns, and requests about products
· Analyze fraud rates, charge back rates and collaborate with the Warehouse Team to ensure the smooth order fulfillment process
· Build and grow relationships and trust with distribution partners through open and clear communication
· Schedule and manage deliveries for distribution of products and accessories to achieve distribution objectives
· Manage purchasing, deliveries, and ensuring smooth product launches
· Generate and maintain various records such as sales data and production reports
· Organize and manage travel to the tradeshows and events and ensure proper inventory planning
· Communication with private label customers and help plan and manage production schedules
· Create invoices and organizing the billing for distribution partners
· Manage and maintain the website, update product descriptions and images, and coordinate inventory quantities with the Warehouse Team
· Support CEO with marketing responsibilities and a wide variety of special projects, including the creation of presentation materials
· Assist with brand management and help ensure that the look and feel of the brand is carried through our distribution partners
Skills Required:
· 1 year minimum of experience in an operational administrative management setting
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel and Word
· Strong email communication skills
· Extreme attention to detail
· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
· Strong communication skills - verbal and written
· Problem analysis and problem solving
· Energetic, motivated, and Team oriented
· High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
· Skills in leadership, organization, communication, and cross-functional teamwork
· Highly focused
Skills Preferred:
· 2 years of experience in a B2B customer service position
· 1 year of experience in an e-commerce business
· Understanding of warehousing operations and experience in logistics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
