Key Roles and Responsibilities:
● Visit new stores for new clients and maintain the company’s existing client relationship. ● Order deliveries for your team or your own clients.
● Evaluate clients’ needs and build long-lasting client relationships.
● Be available for on-call assignments from clients and team members.
● Travel throughout the territory and visit clients on a recurring basis.
● Manage your client database within your assigned territory.
● Document, report, and provide feedback to management for client interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and partners.
● Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region.
● Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the sales programs and update the managers with program status through regular meetings or write-up in a timely manner.
● Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and client satisfaction.
● Represent the brand during all client and prospect interactions.
● Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
● First 1-2 weeks will be doing training in the warehouse, such as learning about all the different products, reading the labels, pricing, and systems, etc.
● Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
● 1+ years of relevant business sales experience ;
● Deep understanding and passion for e-commerce is required ;
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
