POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a full-time Home Improvement Sales/Project Manager within our roofing, siding, gutters division, your primary responsibly is to build rapport with potential customers after you've identified them as a good candidate for insurance restorations due to storm damages. This will involve conducting initial inspections with either self-generate leads or company provided leads and identifying damages sustained to their home after wind/hail storms. Additionally, it will require the use of computer systems/tools such as CRM's, estimating software, budgeting tools, outlook and calendars to track and manage opportunities.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent Modern Remodeling Professionally as a sales representative and project manager.
- Identify prospective customers in the form of canvassing. (self generating leads)
- Schedule/run in-home inspections identifying storm damages and communicating the proper insurance processes. (Evenings and weekends required as needed - expected to work out of our White Marsh office when not in the field running appointments or checking on jobs during installs.)
- Work alongside your customer advocating on their behalf to the insurance company justifying why repairs/replacements are necessary - this will include both intellectual conversation with all associated parties as well as the use of basic construction tools such has but not limited to hammer, prybar, snips, etc. to demonstrate physically as necessary.
- Use our CRM as tools designed to keep you organized and on track.
- Follow internal processes associated with estimating/budgeting ensuring budgeted and actual GP's are met.
- Coordinate with our construction management team after jobs are sold ensuring what you've contracted/promised the customer is construction properly with quality.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of Roof/Siding (residential) is a plus
- Lifting 50lbs (ladder) requirement
- Must be comfortable walking on roofs and not afraid of heights
- Must be comfortable working outside year round

- Standard office hours: 9:00am-5:00pm, but evenings and weekends are prime canvassing hours and are somewhat required for those candidates who are striving for high level success.

Compensation:
- Typical First Year Earnings in Excess of 100k for successful individual
- Full Commission with unlimited earning potentials

Pay: $75,023.00 - $154,047.00 per year
