You Are:
As a member of the M&A team, this Program Manager will be responsible for driving and collaborating with cross functional teams on the successful execution & completion of migrating a team from Zendesk onto Adobe’s platform on Microsoft Dynamics.
The Opportunity:
- Planning and Execution: To help develop a comprehensive migration plan, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks (technical, & financial) and developing mitigation strategies with other PM's
- Understanding of Adobe SLC milestones is a plus.
- Oversees timeline, quality, and operations.
- Understands overall scope and deliverables map against release timeline.
- Responsible for ensuring coordination of work efforts at program level, understands and manages critical path key dependencies.
- Works with Team Leads to understand status of work efforts and impact to the program to move delivery forward.
- Drives resolution of risks, issues and decisions, and escalates to governance forums as necessary.
- Establishes approach, tools, and templates to support program execution.
- Provides status, guidance and impediment review to sponsors & stakeholders.
- Facilitates Track, Cross Functional Team, Program Scrum of Scrums meetings to communicate and address risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, and milestones delivery for the program.

What you need:
- Integration Proficiency: Experience in integrating Support platforms to and from Microsoft Dynamics with other systems.
- Experience with Scrum framework is preferred for execution phase of the project.
- Must have 4-7+ years of Program Management experience (understanding/working on large end-to-end programs)
- Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks.
- Experience with transformational projects and/or Cloud-related projects
- Must be a quick learner who can connect the dots.
- Will be managing big initiatives, interacting with key executive-level stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
- Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall.
- Scrum knowledge to swiftly coordinate with Scrum team or run scrums if required.
- Experience managing software development programs, >2 is a plus.
- Created project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management.
- Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments.
- Working experience as Scrum Master for 2-3 years
- Knowledge in Zendesk, SAP ECC, SFDC and Microsoft Dynamics technologies.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: California
Compensation Range: $92,000-$138,000
Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
