Join our Genetic Counseling team at Children's Wisconsin! This would be a perfect opportunity if you are considering going to school to be a Genetic Counselor!!
Under general supervision, assists genetic counselors in day to day operations. Performs routine administrative duties requiring general knowledge of medical terminology, organizational policies and procedures.
This position requires:
High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED). Bachelor's degree and medical terminology college level course preferred.
Three years of administrative experience.
Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.
Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.
Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm
This position will be in clinic 4 days a week and allowed to work remote on Thursday's.
