We're looking to hire a Manager position, overseeing both daytime and nighttime operation. Must have previous management experience and a flexible schedule. We are looking for a candidate that can understand and embody our identity and culture. The right applicant will have excellent work ethics and a strong passion for the hospitality industry. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant staff. Some of the responsibilities include but aren’t limited to, setting high expectations and ensuring that company policies are being followed. The Manager works diligently on ensuring the overall success of the restaurant and the satisfaction of all of our guests. While operating both AM and PM you will be focusing on the dinner service. Providing excellent service to our patrons, and making sure all guests leave with a memorial experience will be your responsibility. This position will be 5 days a week including Saturday and Sunday service. You will also be required to work most holidays. Must have a minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience - Food Handlers card and Manager Serv Safe certification (preferred) - Must have strong beverage and food knowledge - Must be able to multitask - Must provide a track record and excellence professional references - Responsible for recruiting, selecting and training of new employees - Must have an excellent track record and not settle for average performance - Must evaluate staff - Implementing the steps of service, up-selling - Hiring, Training and Terminating employees - Table touching with constant guest interaction - Cash handling, reports, tips, deposits - Enforcing health department compliance’s - Maintaining restaurant security - Quality control - Enforcing handbook policies - Avoid waste and breakage - Reporting incidents in a timely and accurate manner - Encouraging teamwork and communication - Implementing staff contest to increase sales - Evaluate staff regularly - Complaint and incident recovery - Understanding when to comp or void items
